基本职责
参与涉及手机OEM和内容（社交、游戏等）方向各种交互体验设计，为客户创造全新的触感体验。
和国内核心的游戏厂商、社交平台等公司合作产生基于内容的触感体验
和国内主要的手机OEM厂商合作，创造基于手机各种应用场景的触感体验
和工程师、设计师以及商务人员密切合作，共同发展基于公司核心软件技术的触感解决方案。
需要在快速变化的环境保持灵活和高度弹性。
需要在北京、上海、深圳等几地出差。
需要有熟练和优秀的应用视觉设计、音频设计等的技术。
岗位资格要求
至少本科以上的设计相关学位和学历。
至少2～3年的设计工作经历以及优秀的设计作品集。
具备音频、视频设计编辑能力优先。
优秀的视觉设计和交互设计能力。
流利的中英文沟通。
良好的听、说、写的沟通技能。良好的设计展示以及说服他人的能力。
具备跨文化团队（如美国和中国团队）的工作经历更好。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Desire to participate in deploying exciting, new interactions that focus on bringing the sense of touch to digital experiences.
· Produce content in collaboration with top advertising and entertainment companies.
· Support major OEM accounts in China with secondary support in Korea, Taiwan, and Japan.
· Work directly with engineers, designers, and managers at customer companies to get the results you need to realize the best possible integration of our technology.
· Ability to remain highly flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
· Travel as needed within China, mostly between Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.
· Apply visual, audio, and other design skills.
Qualifications
· BS or BA degree plus 1 to 3 years experience in a design-related field, or advanced degree in a design-related field.
· Inspiring portfolio
· Working understanding of time-domain editing techniques, such as for audio and video.
· Fluent Mandarin and business English.
· Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Experience working cross-culturally between the U.S. and China is a plus.
