眼前这个少年This teenager in front of me还是最初那张脸It's the same as the original face设计 | Design：一辰风格 | style：现代简约地址 | Address：苏州科技城中航樾玺面积 | Area：140m²摄影 | Photography：Song Images文案 | Copywriting：一间家居户型解析入户门改成外开，门口玄关鞋柜背后不砌墙，节省空间。厨房L型吊柜门，让厨房采光变好，同时让客餐厅视野扩大。利用楼梯下面空间做成一楼外卫干区，同时使空间视野增大。楼梯第一步第二步加宽，上楼体验感增加。楼梯一上来设置了开放式的休闲区起居室，而不是用隔墙隔起来，从楼梯上来的感受不会拥挤。

二楼外卫干区利用包管做了一个壁龛，充分利用空间。书房与休闲区隔墙采用了双层玻璃加百叶，既增加了休闲区的采用，又能有私密空间。次卧与阳台隔墙敲掉，重新砌墙把原有管子直接包在墙体里面，这样使卧室空间增大，同时节省空间。

三代人居住的家庭，业主希望设计师能够将室内空间最大化利用，在保证空间品质的同时，增加室内空间收纳空间。

本案以高级灰作为一个基调以木色作为点缀。高级灰是一个“控制”色彩，它既能让淡雅的白色增加一丝厚重底蕴，又不会使黑色显得过于沉重压抑，从而达到一种完美的平衡。大片落地窗无形的虚化了室内外的分界，让光融入生活，增添温暖的感受。In this case, high-grade gray is used as a tone and wood as the embellishment. High-grade gray is a "control" color, it can not only add a trace of thick details to the light and elegant white, but also will not make the black appear too heavy and oppressive, so as to achieve a perfect balance. 利用楼梯下面空间做成一楼外卫干区，同时使空间视野增大。让家的每一个角落都充满生活的气息。木质纹的楼梯多了些许的自然朴质味道。楼梯第一步第二步加宽，上楼体验感增加。Make use of the space under the stairs to make the outer main area of the first floor, and increase the field of vision of the space at the same time.
